Alone versus Lonely: Learning to Connect Within and Without

This workshop will focus on the universal human dilemma of how to be alone and not lonely. We will look at why we feel alone when we are with people, where the loneliness is coming from, how to feel connected inside our selves, how to have meaningful connection with others, and ways to feel connected through meditation. We will combine psychology, mindfulness meditation, and spirituality to give you a full set of tools to help you change your experience.
