My therapeutic approach:
- The journey inward is a personal, emotional, and physical experience that can enhance your life in many ways. I believe therapy provides an opportunity to discover your true self, and the nature of who you are.
- We all have experienced bumps in the road that veer us off course or cause us to lose sight of our ultimate goals and destination. As a counselor my role, is to help you gain wisdom from your experiences and encounters with people, and learn to love, not only yourself, but others as well.
- It is an honor to be able to help clients in guiding them in the process of uncovering the treasure that lies within. I view life as a beautiful mess. This journey of life will ultimately take you back to where you began, with increased wisdom and understanding of life, and yourself.
