Celeste Ballard, LPC MHSP TN, LCPC IL, LPC WI, CMT, LPC GA
Celeste is the founder of Within Holistic Counseling and supervises all clinicians on the team. She has over 30 years of experience helping clients who are seeking to unseat long held patterns, and those who wish to face the root of the issues that may be preventing meaningful change and peace in their lives. She offers individual and couples counseling, as well as therapy and supervision for counselors in training.
Tad offers person-centered, body-aware therapy rooted in attachment, somatic, and narrative approaches, creating a safe and attuned space for insight and healing to unfold. His work is well suited for individuals, couples, and families who feel disconnected from themselves or one another, are navigating trauma or relational strain, or long for deeper presence, meaning, and connection in their lives.
Hannah enjoys working with a variety of individuals, including children, teens, adults, and couples. She welcomes anyone who is navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship struggles, boundary setting, or simply desiring to learn how to treat themselves with more kindness. She believes in your ability to grow and heal, and focuses on the importance of connection, trust, and compassion in her therapeutic approach.
Alexis Nevarez-Cooper, MS, LPC, NCC
As a Hispanic therapist, Alexis is dedicated to supporting individuals through grief and loss, past trauma, anxiety, and loneliness, and to guiding those exploring self-identity, purpose, and belonging. Alexis provides inclusive care for clients of all identities and backgrounds, believing healing begins in a safe, compassionate space where people feel empowered to explore the narratives that inform their lives. Alexis also incorporates EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches to foster healing and growth. She helps clients process painful experiences, discover their strengths, and move toward a more authentic self.
Elizabeth Genovise, MA, MFA, Counseling Intern
Elizabeth believes in the absolute value of the individual, and seeks to help clients live more fulfilling, authentic lives via self-exploration. Her approach is both psychoanalytic and cognitive in nature, with an added emphasis on body-mindfulness and art/creative writing therapy. She can help with issues of depression, anxiety, midlife concerns, spiritual emptiness, psychosomatic illness, and career counseling.
Dr. Nina Beloni, EdD, MS, LPC-MHSPt
Nina has over ten years of experience coaching athletes from a holistic perspective, focusing on mind, body, and spirit rather than results. She applies that same philosophy to her therapeutic approach with every client. Nina specializes in working with athletes and individuals with ADHD, but she truly enjoys working with any individual who is looking to engage in meaningful personal development and self-discovery.
Hannah specializes in supporting teens, adults, and caregivers navigating the complexities of ADHD, Alzheimer’s, and dementia. She has a passion for facilitating a collaborative space to offer guidance, resources, and a compassionate ear to help you feel empowered and equipped in your roles and feel your best.
Christina Seymour, BA, MFA, Counseling Intern
Christina is passionate about creating a space for your to process in the presence of warmth and acceptance. She uses mindfulness, trauma awareness, and cultural competence to work with a variety of clients from children to elders and couples.
Dr. Scott Parkhurst, DHSc, MSC, MBA, NCC
Scott specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, communication, PTSD, marriage and pre-marriage counseling, and stress management for all age groups and cultures, including adolescents and military personnel. His approach is warm and empathetic, and strives to create a space where all are welcome to explore barriers to their desired quality of life.
Elle utilizes an integrative approach, tailoring a blend of somatic, cognitive, and client-centered interventions specific to the individual and their unique needs. Elle is passionate about incorporating nature and music into therapy as it fits with each client. Specializing in grief, trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts, and eating disorders, Elle helps individuals deepen awareness and build a healthy mind-body connection through mindfulness-based practices. Elle works with clients ages 13+ and also offers couples counseling.
Tracie has extensive experience in working with client to address grief and loss issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual issues, and relationship stressors. She uses an integrative approach to therapy using mindfulness, yoga, family work, and other trauma-informed interventions.
