Hello, and welcome! I help people make sense of their inner world while safely working through grief, trauma, and life’s challenges. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone.

My Therapeutic Approach:

  • I work with individuals navigating grief and loss, past trauma, anxiety, loneliness, and questions of self-identity, purpose, and belonging. Many of my clients are caring, capable individuals who appear to have it all together but often carry the weight of perfectionism, expectations, or painful experiences from the past. I aim to help clients find healing, peace, and a deeper sense of connection and self-trust.

  • I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, understood, and safe. As a trauma-informed therapist, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based approaches to process difficult experiences, uncover strengths, and move toward a more authentic life. My cultural background as a Hispanic therapist, originally from El Paso, TX and now based in Knoxville, TN, fuels my passion for supporting those navigating family and generational trauma. I value the unique ways these experiences influence healing and find it deeply meaningful to support clients of all backgrounds and identities as they take steps toward growth and transformation.
