My Therapeutic Approach:
· When big changes or traumatic events happen, I believe in helping clients make lasting changes using their inner strengths. I enjoy helping clients discover their gifts, connect with their emotions, and find ways to navigate difficulties that they have faced or are facing currently.
· I help clients navigate new ways of life, learn about their trauma, and heal by using trauma-informed approaches grounded in collaboration, identifying strengths, and exploring spirituality.
· I also use mindfulness techniques, meditation practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and play therapy techniques.
