Come join us for an 8 week class that will give you a thorough tool belt to understand yourself better, ways to navigate difficult feelings, and positive steps to create a happier life. This class will be didactic and experiential so that you will have a chance to practice within the class with the instructor’s support. With guidance, you will have the opportunity to develop a personal meditation practice that will help you to grow closer to your goals. Though this is not a traditional psychotherapy group, you will be in the class with the same people each week who also care about growing and bettering themselves. We will share our experiences with each other so that it enhances the learning and connection with others.
