Luke Elmore, MS, T-LMFT
In-office visits: Knoxville
My therapeutic approach:
- As a therapist, my goal is to meet you where you are in your own life process. I aim to create and facilitate a space that fosters safety. In doing so, I bring non-judgment, curiosity, and compassion.
- I strongly believe everything makes sense in context. We are all heavily shaped by our relationships and life experiences, not merely products of our past. Being able to slow down, reflect upon and understand ourselves at a deeper level can facilitate growth and change in a lasting way.
- We have many ways of protecting ourselves. I believe that beneath all of our frustrations, patterns, and defenses are vulnerabilities that need space to breathe and be expressed. As a therapist, I invite you to bring all of yourself in, where you can be seen and heard just as you are.
