My Therapeutic Approach:

  • If you’re feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you, struggling to see hope in the midst of hurt and stress, or facing challenges in your relationships, I would love to help you create the life you desire. My hope is that our time together will help you to feel safe, authentic, and empowered.
  • I believe that the foundation of growth and healing in therapy begins with having a space that feels safe, non-judgemental, and empathetic. Once this has been established, we can begin discovering the ideal method and approach for you. Every person who comes to therapy heals differently, and I am here to help you discover and utilize the tools that feel right for you to work through past wounds, current stressors, and relationship difficulties so you can live your life with empowerment, confidence, and fulfillment.
  • As someone who has worked with first responders, I understand the need to have a therapist that is aware of your role and responsibilities. Whether you are dealing with job stress, relationship struggles, anger, feeling numb, nightmares, anxiety, depression, or the feeling that no one can understand what you are going through, my goal is to provide a space where you can be fully yourself, without having to justify your thoughts, feelings, or beliefs. I understand how difficult it can be to step out and ask for help, and I would love to help make that step a little easier.
  • I am passionate about helping couples craft the relationship they have always desired. If you’re facing challenges in your relationship, whether it’s communication, emotional distance, difficult conflicts, or intimacy struggles, I am. here to help you reconnect and gain the tools to build a healthy, fulfilling relationship. I utilize specific modalities and tools that will help you deepen your self-awareness, communicate with empathy, and have conflict in productive ways. I also work with individuals and couples struggling with sex and intimacy, working through past hurts, deep-rooted beliefs, and tangible ways to move forward.

Reaching out for counseling is a courageous step, and I’m here to walk with you on this transformative journey.
